In a small, little house on a U-shaped street, sits my little corner of the world. It is filled with barking dogs, nerf gun wars and hockey on TV. It is, in spite of the chaos, my paradise. I know that my paradise will move every three years. That’s what happens when Uncle Sam has control. He’ll pack us up and send us somewhere else. A new house, a new adventure but the same paradise.
I have started this blog to persue a dream. Dreams do not usually persue you and I realize that if I truly want this, all the hard work will lie on my shoulders. It is that sense of ownership that gives me hope. I write because I see stories and because characters show up at the most unexpected times. I write because I believe saying nothing is sometimes worse than saying the wrong thing.

I have to say, I love your writing style. The Letter from a Military Wife struck a chord with me, as I’m an Army wife. I also have an obsession with books (mostly the kid lit section since MY dream is to illustrate a children’s book).
